Introduction

This program provides a structured online learning environment focusing on team and individual coaching skills for accountants in management roles.

This is an 8 part self-paced program delivered through HTST’s eLearning Online Portal.

Each program module will run for around 20 minutes and will incorporate an online presentation including PowerPoint notes and workbook questions. It is expected that the total time allocated to each module should be between 30 and 60 minutes. Program modules can be viewed in structured or unstructured order.

  3. Coaching styles to achieve performance improvement
  4. The use of active listening to drive behavioural change
  5. KPI measurement and review for behavioural change
  6. Overcoming roadblocks and challenges when coaching
  7. Use coaching to direct job budgets and workflow
  8. Use coaching to enhance client relationships

All content is specifically relevant to team leaders and managers in the accounting firm environment.

Understand the key importance of and steps involved in leveraging workflow

8. Use coaching to enhance client relationships

Understand the value and importance of leveraging client relationship management within the business team
